I am in business to make a profit.  Revenue is derived from offering real estate and related services to my clients.  However, no sale or commission is worth compromising what I know is right.  I believe in win/win scenarios.  I commit to treating the client, the co-op agent, and the buyer and seller respectfully and with a spirit of goodwill.  It is a core value that I do not compromise INTEGRITY in order to get results.  My clients and the community trust me, and no short-term gain could ever justify breaching that trust.
